WHAT YOU’LL DO

Seakeeper Dealers and boat builder partners are an extension of our team, helping us change the way people boat forever! As our Customer Relationship Specialist, you will work closely with our sales team to shape the experience our customers have when purchasing a Seakeeper, effectively owning transactions in your assigned region and providing superb customer service in every step of the way. Along with your team, you’ll lead the charge in supporting our customers by:

 

  • Preparing quotes, sales orders, and commercial invoices for Seakeeper parts and units
  • Sending order acknowledgments, posting, and applying payments, and sending customer receipts
  • Collaborating with customers to ensure payment and account requirements are met to avoid shipping delays
  • Utilizing, updating, and communicating the production slot system, including any shipping delays
  • Assisting with the collection and analysis of Seakeeper owner information
  • Providing continuous follow-up and communication with Seakeeper customers
  • Providing financial information and assisting in preparing financial statements and revenue reporting by compiling, researching, and analyzing accounts


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

MUST-HAVES

  • 1-3 years of related experience working in an accounting or customer service-related field
  • Ferocious attention to detail with the ability to sort through data to identify and understand the root cause of any discrepancies
  • Demonstrate good judgment and be of unquestionable integrity
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and customer centric attitude at all times
  • Be professional, responsive, resourceful, and flexible
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior time management, multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills

 

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel

 

MORE YOU’LL WANT TO KNOW

  • On-the-job training will be provided (we will help you become the Seakeeper expert!)
  • Our ideal candidate will be based within a commutable distance of our current facility in Mohnton and our future home in Leesport and will be able to be onsite as needed
  • You’ll report to the Customer Relationship Manager, based in California, MD

 

YOUR TEAM

Our Customer Relationship Specialist is nestled within our Sales, Service & Strategy department. You’ll work closely with various internal departments, as well as external customers, so you’ll be able to own your role and bring new ideas to the table that will help improve the overall experience of working with Seakeeper.
